Job Description:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a front end professional who is dedicated to developing web and mobile applications that merge business goals with user needs! Working throughout the lifecycle, the Front End Developer will have a hands-on role to ensure the successful development of a usable, effective solution that meets the business goals.
A successful Front End Developer:

Is able to proactively communicate and collaborate with management, Information Architect, and a team of front-end and back-end developers to understand the approach and identify/resolve conflict between usability and performance needs.

Confidently translates requirements and/or abstract conceptual ideas into quality mockups and prototypes with inventive visual user interfaces and interactive features using the JavaScript library React.

Innately and passionately understands user-centered design and usability best-practices.

Tirelessly researches latest trends, methods and tools used in the industry.

Has a comprehensive understanding of various Web technologies, both front-end and back-end, and Section 508 guidelines to ensure solutions are technically feasible and accessible. Understands how interfaces integrate with dynamic, Web-based applications to optimize the application for speed and troubleshoot the application across browsers and devices.

Expertly utilizes HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AdobeXD, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator to create deliverables. Adeptly develops HTML or XHTML templates, CSS files and necessary image assets that meet Section 508 guidelines, and Xamarin apps across different platforms for iOS, Android, and Windows. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code quality is exceptional, semantically correct and easily scalable.

Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to support a complex and dynamic United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) development and implementation project, geared to modernize technology for a critical program within the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service Wildlife Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) Division. Our team includes expertise across five functional work streams (Program Management, Design and Development, Training, Analytics, and Operations and Maintenance) in order to provide a customized application solution for the WS field programs.
Successful Candidate will:

Evaluate, recommend, implement, and oversee automated test tools and strategies

Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met

Analyze, research, propose changes to, develop, and monitor the milestones to support accuracy and consistency within project roadmap

Partner with workstream leads and developers to discuss and define requirements and acceptance criteria

Design test cases and execute all types of testing on a variety of platforms; analyze and report results
-
Using automated and manual processes, execute the test cases to see how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team

Track each aspect of quality assurance processes to ensure opportunities for defect improvement are addressed efficiently

Ensure that necessary documentation is maintained in an appropriate manner

Initiate engagement and communication with the quality assurance points of contacts and stakeholder customers within functional workstreams

Participate in all phases of risk management assessments
Requirements Include:

In this position, the .NET Programmer will work with the requirements analysts, information architects, the creative team and the client to develop scalable, robust and flexible solutions to support a complex and dynamic United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) development and implementation project, geared to modernize technology for a critical program within the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service Wildlife Service (APHIS) Wildlife Services (WS) Division. Our team includes expertise across five functional work streams (Program Management, Design and Development, Training, Analytics, and Operations and Maintenance) in order to provide a customized application solution for the WS field programs.
Position Requirements Include:
